Loan Application

Apply for your loan with me. See the document checklist for documents you will need to provide during this process

Disclosures

Loan estimate and federal/state disclosures are delivered to the borrower. Borrower must provide their intent to proceed to order services.

Underwriting

We will underwrite your loan without a property or appraisal and qualify you on your credit, income and assets.

Pre-Approval Letter

Once your loan is underwritten you will receive a letter, which can be shared with agents to show you are approved subject to property and appraisal.

Home Search

Find the type of home you're looking for within your budget, then make an offer.

Property Found

Once you find a property and get under contract I will update your loan approval.

06

Ernest Money

Deposit the ernest money to the appointed escrow account.

Appraisal

We will order your appraisal on your behalf and submit to the underwriter for approval.

Final Loan Approval

Once all information has been approved, your loan is clear to close!

Closing Disclosures

Lender provides the CD to the borrower. Who can share with the realtor or if prior consent is received, the lender can share with agent directly.

Closing Documents

Closing documents are sent to the title company.

Money For Closing

I will contact you with final figures and information. Be sure to confirm payment method for closing cost with the title company

Final Closing Step

Meet to sign closing documents. Make sure you have your photo ID and complete payment of closing cost as directed.13
